Pay: Starting $22.00/hour — after 1 week training period

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Residential Cleaner, you’ll be the heart of what we do — providing reliable, top-notch cleaning services to our valued clients. You’ll:
*Clean residential homes to high standards — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, etc.
*Deep-clean floors and surfaces when needed (occasionally on hands & knees)
*Follow detailed job instructions using our easy Jobber App
*Communicate professionally with homeowners and the office team
*Maintain safety while using cleaning products and equipment
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you:
*Have 1+ year of residential cleaning experience (preferred but not required)
*Pay attention to detail and take pride in a job well done
*Work well independently and as part of a team
*Live in or near Lincoln, NE (within ~15 mins)
*Have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance
*Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
*Are comfortable using a smartphone for GPS & job instructions
*Pass a background check
