We are currently hiring dependable, hardworking cleaners for residential cleaning services. If you enjoy helping families feel comfortable in their homes and take pride in creating clean, peaceful spaces, we want to hear from you.

Position Details

1 week of paid training at minimum wage provided

Performance-Based Tier Pay Structure After Training:

• 0–29 Job Ticket Hours: $22 per job ticket hour
• 30–34 Job Ticket Hours: $25 per job ticket hour
• 35+ Job Ticket Hours: $28 per job ticket hour

The more job ticket hours completed, the higher your pay tier becomes. We reward consistency, reliability, and strong performance.

Job Duties

• Residential routine cleaning
• Deep cleaning services
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Following cleaning checklists and company standards
• Working efficiently while maintaining quality
• Creating a positive experience for clients

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, bend, and stay active during shifts
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional communication and teamwork
• Experience preferred but willing to train the right person
